When to create a backup
Create a backup before application updates, graphics changes, moving to another computer and major events.
What to save
Save configuration files, teams, logos, regulations, graphics templates and media files.
Checking the backup
Make sure the archive opens and contains all required files. Keep a copy outside the production computer.

License activation may require a separate migration procedure.Tip
Include the date and application version in the backup file name.
